The Automotive Retailers Foundation Inc. (ARFI) governs all scholarships and bursaries awarded through the Foundation. Governance is independent of any outside interest and remains solely in accordance with the Foundation’s articles of incorporation.

General Guidelines
- The ARFI Board determines the adjudication and awarding of the scholarships and bursaries.
- General guidelines for the awards are based on the language approved within the AFRI’s articles of incorporation.
- Children and/or dependents of board members are not eligible to apply.
- Each individual may only receive a maximum of one award per year (ARFI Board reserves the right to award beyond this).
- Award recipients may be requested for a brief interview that may be recorded and published.
